Easter dinner on the bbq
Bbq‘ing on a long weekend is always the best. With Easter upon us, here is a quick and easy Spring recipe for the grill. You may want to double this one as you are going to want seconds!
Grilled Lamb with Brown Sugar Glaze
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
4 lamb chops
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, ginger, tarragon, cinnamon, pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Rub lamb chops with the seasonings, and place on a plate.
Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grill for high heat. Brush grill grate lightly with oil, and arrange lamb chops on grill.
Cook 5 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness.
