Urgent Service Instructions

Do you have a service emergency for your pool, spa or hot tub?

We are available to answer your call at our Pool Sales and Service office, 905.475.6980, Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30pm. If you have a service emergency outside our regular business hours, please email us Urgentservice@bonavistapools.com

If your request is an urgent matter, we will reply with service instructions and scheduling plans within 2 hours. Please note, requests between 9pm and 9am will not be responded to until first thing in the morning. If your request is not urgent, it will be dealt with on the next business day during business hours, M-F, 8:30-4:30pm.

    Good morning,
    Opened our pool on the weekend without any problems however after the pool was running for about an hour the heater developed a leek coming from the back. It is a Jandy heater, 3 years old, was wondering what your service rates are, and your availability.
