Urgent Service Instructions

Do you have a service emergency for your pool, spa or hot tub?

We are available to answer your call Monday to Friday, 8:30-4:30pm. If you have a service emergency outside our regular business hours, please email us Urgentservice@bonavistapools.com

We will reply with service instructions and scheduling plans within 2 hours. (Please note, requests between 11pm and 6am will not be responded to until first thing in the morning).
