These FORM smart swim goggles have a see-through display to show you real-time metrics while you swim. Its pool/swim spa mode records 12 customizable metrics, including spilt times, stroke rate/count, pace, distance, calories, heart rate, and more. The goggle also has an open water swim mode that is compatible with smart watches, like Garmin and Apple, that allow the measure of distance, pace, heart rate, time, and more. The free FORM Swim App will let you review your metrics after a swim, change your goggle display, connect with other FORM swimmers, and sync your workouts with other athletic apps, like Strava or Apple Health.
The goggles have premium chemical resistant anti-fog lenses, contoured silicone eye seals, seven nose bridge sizes, and an adjustable strap. It has a 16 hour battery life- case and charging cable are included.
